D.C. Bar's Ethics Code is Effective February 1, 2007

D.C. Bar Professional Conduct Rules Review Committee Reports including Proposed Amendments and Redline Comparisons (2005), forms the basis for the D.C. Court of Appeals' adoption of the new ethics rules on February 1, 2007. Dan Schumack was a member of the Committee that drafted the Reports.
