Daniel Schumack and Brian T. Scher presented this day-long seminar, The Anatomy of a Commercial Contracting Transaction for the National Contract Management Association (Tysons Chapter) in September 2005 and April 2007.
This spiral bound book of the same name provided discussion points and analysis for the 2005 seminar. The book includes actual contracts used in transactions between first an second tier government contractors, and employment agreements between those subs and billable personnel.
The book includes the authors' redlining to show contractual points worthy of modification or revision. Focus areas include dispute resolution clauses, non-competes, and the true nature of state laws governing the transactions.
